Sue Palmer - General Editor
	Sue Palmer, a former primary head teacher, is the author of numerous books and TV programmes on aspects of literacy, as well as children's poems, stories and non-fiction. She writes regularly in The Times Educational Supplement and Child Education and provides In-service courses for teachers all over the UK. She also acts as a consultant to educational publishers, The BBC and for The National Literacy Strategy.
Wendy Body - Fiction Editor and Language Consultant
	A former teacher, Wendy Body is an author and independent consultant who decided she was going to be a writer at the age of seven. It took a little longer to become a published author, but since then she has written many books - over a hundred titles for Longman alone. Her consultancy work has included several TV series and she has lectured throughout the UK and overseas. She is also the series editor for Longman's best-selling Pelican Big Books series and the new Pelican Partners.
Bobbie Neate - Non-Fiction Editor
	Bobbie Neate is a teacher, lecturer, researcher and author. She gives talks around the country on how to read non-fiction books and on information retrieval skills. She also travels widely as a reading consultant abroad. She is a lecturer at King Alfred's College, Winchester and author for the award-winning book 'Finding Out About Finding Out' which is on the recommended list for the Literacy Hour.
